We have an email from Katy had:
Cleaning out mein's mum cabinets I found some tatty straw napkins and a number of roller coasters that must be as old as me! Can I compost?
Perhaps.May want to omit a cautious composter - not sure if the straw have been treated with something and the thread uses, to keep you together is possibly - synthetic but if less worried about things as straw were ((oder_aehnliche_gewebte_Holz,_wenn_es_nicht_eigentlich_Stroh) you would rot probably pretty quickly down, as soon as it got warm and moist and you could remove just the thread if it remained intact.)
Before you on your compost pile to throw, you could reuse however exploring or Upcycling you first.
How about of with you a fun casual bag or purse? it's a how-to on Craftster on which constitute a bag from a large placemat - I'm sure it could be modified if the placemats smaller and not embroidered waren.sehr floppy straw of placemats made clearly in hats as well.
Tattiness by the edges is? maybe you could be neatened up with a bit sewing - reattach the stray strands in the matte and/or cover edges with strips of fun Gewebe.Wenn tatty one page or the other side order is colored, you could be covered with a thin layer of cloth - straw would protect the table.
Other recycling ideas?
