How can I reuse or recycle and tables ironing boards broken?

Philip Mitchell Graham gave us another proposal / excellent upward trend idea left:

Ironing Board. One of the major monuments of inbuilt conformity is the Joint Board. They are designed, after a few years, and the legs often, buckle if someone a break because the folding mechanism of cheap mild steel heavy load of wash placed on you.

No matter you use a little fencing wire to you in an open position lock, then use you as light work benches in the Studio or in the garden. Sure, they are easy, but many challenges require a heavy table. A few of you have you a modular banking system can reconfigure easily indeed. They are easy enough to move with one arm, which is very useful if as I, you will find yourself at a bank if you have an arm full.

I suspect our is Ironing Board us survive we so rarely (in fact) we use totally shocked it, we had one - we thought it had gone to the furniture charity shop, before we moved house to find. It feels really flimsy but so I guess if we not used more than once in the year, it would fall apart in a shot.

I like the idea of Philip's mobile Workbench. With a table cloth about it, there could be an emergency table for a party or BBQ.

Any other suggestions? If fixed wire - with garden what can tube of all use of the metal legs or the Board?
